Was hesitant to use this laundromat because of some of the reviews, but our experience here was great! Janna was very helpful and pleasant. She was wiping out machines when we arrived. I went to a machine at the end of the line and said to my husband to hand me the sanitizing wipes. Janna heard and immediately came over and said she would wipe it out for us. The machines washed well and removed stains the last laundromat added. The dryer thoroughly dried both machines of wash that included heavy towels on hot for 29 minutes. We will use Plaza Laundromat again and recommend it for others.

I was very hesitant about having my duvet cleaned because I have heard horror stories of them being ruined after washing, I went there today and was absolutely amazed by the cleanliness of the business and the fast and exceptional service from the staff , I was even more impressed when I picked up my duvet after leaving it with a staff member who cleaned and dried it professionally, it honestly looks better than when it was purchased from the store , thank you to Ang and Romi , see you very soon 😘and thank you so very much , when you spend that much money on something you want it to be taken care of, and you guys went above and beyond thank you

Just have to comment on this wonderful place! The early shift attendant is so professional and helpful! She is definitely the reason I take bigger duvets etc there to wash! She is also constantly cleaning the place and it is always spotless!! They have some great new machines too. Can’t say enough about the staff and the great environment!!

My husband and I spend 5 months in BC every year. We discovered this wonderful laundromat our first year here and we always enjoy the experience! All the staff are very friendly, and extremely helpful! The machines always work well, change is readily available, and they have a nice bathroom! I highly recommend if you need a place to wash your clothes while in the area!

We did a big load after Shambhala, 30min wash for $5, $4 for 40mins of drying, probably could’ve done less but wanted to make sure it was fully dry.

We had an excellent experience doing laundry here. Angela was super friendly and helpful. The laundromat is clean, the machines work well and the location is convenient. I was able to use my CC and Angela gave me the coins I needed for the machines as well as laundry detergent making the whole experience efficient and smooth.

Halfway through our camping trip I knew I couldn't wait until we got home to do laundry. I'm writing this as I sit and wait for my dryer load to finish. The attendant is very courteous, helpful, & pleasant. A couple of machines are out of order but that can happen anywhere. Overall, the washing machines & dryers work very well & the place is clean. I really appreciate the huge dryers! Would definitely recommend.
